The Examination Cell at DIGIT College is committed to conducting fair, transparent, and rigorous assessments. Students are strictly required to carry their valid College ID and Hall Ticket for every session. Entry to the examination hall is prohibited 15 minutes after the commencement of the exam. All electronic gadgets, including smartphones and smartwatches, are strictly banned inside the hall. Any student found engaging in malpractice, carrying unauthorized material, or disrupting the silence of the examination environment will face immediate disciplinary action as per university regulations. We expect every candidate to maintain the sanctity of the evaluation process to ensure a merit-based academic outcome.

Functional Roles
A transparent, tech-driven evaluation system designed to ensure unbiased results and academic excellence for every student.
Barcode Verification & Scanning
Post-examination, all answer scripts are collected, bundled, and sanitized. Each booklet is scanned via high-speed OMR/ICR scanners to ensure anonymity by masking the student's personal details with unique encrypted barcodes.
Remote & Secure Evaluation
Digitized scripts are uploaded to a secure cloud server. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) evaluate the scripts on-screen. The system prevents skipping pages and ensures every question is awarded marks before final submission.
Moderation & Quality Check
To maintain 100% accuracy, 10% of the evaluated scripts are randomly pulled for a 'Secondary Review' by the Chief Examiner. This ensures consistency in grading and adherence to the marking scheme provided by Digit College.
Malpractice isn't just about cheating; it covers any action that compromises the fairness of the assessment.
